Risco KSeF
Risco KSeF – a system ensuring communication with the National System of e-Invoices (KSeF).
The National System of e-Invoices enables the issuing and sharing of structured invoices and will be mandatory from January 1, 2024.
Who did we create Risco KSeF for?
For entrepreneurs who are active VAT taxpayers, for entrepreneurs exempt from VAT, for taxpayers with a Polish tax identifier identified in Poland for the special EU OSS procedure.
Characteristics of the Risco KSeF system
Interface to the National System of e-Invoices ensuring:
- Sending invoices to the KSEF and downloading UPO;
- Downloading invoices from the KSEF;
- Integration with financial and accounting systems via a dedicated API or via files;
- Support for the authorization token;
- Support for data encryption.
Additional options:
- Formal validation of data on sales invoices provided by the financial and accounting system
- Data reconciliation
- An extensive system of e-mail notifications informing about events in the system
- Ability to generate summary and detailed reports
