Currently the obligation only pertains to the greatest taxpayers but it will gradually be extended to other groups of entrepreneurs.

The Risco Standard Audit File for Tax system characteristics

The system has been designed for generating all types of Standard Audit File for Tax files, that is: JPK_FA, JPK_KR, JPK_VAT, JPK_WB, JPK_EWP, JPK_MAG, and JPK_PKPIR. It sends them through the gate of the Ministry of Finance, after it has automatically validated them. It also downloads UPO, i.e. an official confirmation of receipt (Polish: Urzędowe Poświadczenie Odbioru). In a word, it fulfils all the requirements of the Ministry of Finance regarding the management of Standard Audit File for Tax files.
It can also function as a basic information system in an institution, for storing VAT records. Moreover, the flexibility of the Risco Standard Audit File for Tax system enables easy adaptation of the system to various types of input data, which reduces the need to introduce changes in systems that provide source data (a warehouse system, an accounting system, etc.).
