It is a system for automatic generation of documents related to internal operations and systems of banks, ready to be implemented. It is a type of central template ‘bank’. It has all functions needed for the creation of templates and ‘printouts’, and for the management of their content. It generates excerpts, letters, agreements, annexes, and all other documents necessary in every organisation. A set of ready-made templates can be uploaded to the Generator and completed at the same time. Thus a central base of templates is created for an extended bank structure.

Printouts Generator characteristics

The central Risco Printouts Generator system stores all document templates created for a given institution. External systems (e.g. banking systems but also any other systems, which can be connected with the Risco Printouts Generator) are provided with the option of downloading the target printout, together with the automatically downloaded data necessary for many business operations and processes.

The basic task of the system is collecting data for printouts from various sources, without the intervention of the end user who orders the printout. The Generator does it independently, automatically, and an employee of the institution using the tool obtains a ready-made document, with very little work on his or her part.

Printout templates can be fed from various data sources, including MS SQL, Oracle, or IBM DB2 databases, MQ message queues, or SOA services: Web Services.

It is an exceptionally flexible system with a great range of possible modifications and extensions, which can be easily combined with any number of internal systems of organisations and of third-party systems. The extendibility, flexibility, efficiency, and simplicity of use shall make operations on printouts easier in every bank.
